
About this Class
This 40-minute class will be split into two parts.
In the first part, we'll briefly discuss the fundamentals of the five elements and Chinese meridian channels, as well as how they relate to each movement. In the second part. We will learn and practice Zhan Zhuang, a static standing posture with deep dynamic breathing to improve body awareness.
This class is interactive, with the instructor presenting, the students observing, practicing, and correcting.
How to Get Started
Step 1: If you're not sure which class to take or are new to qigong (form), this Introduction to Qigong class is a good place to start.
Step 2: Once you've purchased your class, email Yao Yao at nihao@yaochatea.com to set up your FIRST desired class date and time.
Step 3: Once the date and time have been confirmed. Sip a tea and get ready for your Qigong adventure! ;)
