This class is broken down into Five 40-minute sessions and we will focus on studying One form per session. We will practice basic movement while combining deep dynamic breathing to increase internal strength and exterior stability.
Refine the movement
This class is broken down into Five 40-minute sessions. same as “learn the movement”, and we will focus on studying One form per session. Each session, we'll focus on the finer details of movement, such as hand postures and foot placements, as well as meridian channel integration for each movement. The goal is to cultivate your own self-healing practice.
All these sessions are interactive, involving a combination of instructor presentation, student observation, practice, and correction.
