
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, every major organ, including the heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney, has an associated sound. By utilizing the associated sound and movement, the practice assists your body in replacing stagnant qi with new, clear qi.
Learn the movement
This class is broken into Three 40-minute sessions, with each class focusing on Two forms. We'll start with the pronunciation and then move on to the basic movement associated with this sound.
Refine the movement
This class is broken down into Three 40-minute sessions. same as “learn the movement”, and we will focus on studying Two forms per session. Each session, we'll focus on practicing the sound first, then focus on the finer details of movement, such as hand postures and foot placements, as well as meridian channel integration for each movement. The goal is to cultivate your own self-healing practice.
All these sessions are interactive, involving a combination of instructor presentation, student observation, practice, and correction.
