Start by warming up your tea cup, Gai Wan is a good choice;) with boiling water, and then add 3-4 grams of our premium quality tea to your tea cup. Ideal water temperature is 90°C/194°F. Slowly pour in the water and enjoy the first three infusions immediately - it's that easy!
Wait 10-15 seconds after the third infusion for an even more delicious flavor. After the fifth infusion, feel free to customize the brewing time to your personal preference - there's no right or wrong way to enjoy our tea.
For the best results, follow our suggested tea-to-water ratio of 1:30-40. We recommend using spring or purified water to bring out the pronounced flavor in each sip.
